We have chosen 5 good causes that are close to our hearts, and the hearts of many others, to raise awareness of them and provide funding to help their future. Help for Heroes, Fibroduck for Fibromyalgia, Marie Curie, Brookfields Special needs School and Adventure Dolphin. The beneficiaries of the charities face daily struggles and challenges. Raising the money and awareness, training for two years and then actually competing is but a token gesture in our efforts compared to their daily struggles.

Fibro Duck is our team mascot. We are selling 600 duck footprints to represent the 600 Kilometres we race from Resolute, Canada to the 1996 magnetic North Pole.

• 50 Footprints (10 free) £6000 – Logo on team banner and training T-shirts, company box advert & weblink on our website
• 25 Footprints (3 free) £3300 - Logo on team banner, company logo & weblink on our website
• 10 Footprints (1 free) £1350 – website logo and weblink on dedicated page
• 1 Footprint £150 – A line on our dedicated support page and monthly newsletters

There will be a map on our website with the duck foot prints showing our route and referenced to show your support.

Everyone will receive regular updates by e-mail. Each company who has bought more than ten duck feet will have the opportunity for the team to visit their organisation and talk to their staff about the challenge, motivation, inspiration and leadership.

Payment can be made online through our website or as cheque payable to Team AWNTY 2012 and/or post to our team address. Please do also email us your choice, including a contact name and telephone, so that we can liase with you for the appropriate package.
